At 8:30 PM, Troopers arrested Jesse Hazard, age 34, of 814 Broad Street Apartment #1, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving with a Suspended License – Special Circumstances- First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Old Louisquisset Pike in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a bail violator.
At 9:31 PM, Troopers arrested Josue Espinal, age 32, of 134 Ledge Street, Apartment 2, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Obstruction of a Police Officer, 2.) Resisting Arrest, 3.) Disorderly Conduct, and 4.) Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Silver Spring Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a probation violator.
At 2:52 AM, Troopers arrested Ben Moliere, age 30, of 53 Angell Road, Apartment #1, Cumberland, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC unknown – 1st Offence, 2.) Reckless Driving – First Offense, 3.) Disorderly Conduct, 4.) Obstruction of a Police Officer, 5.) Resisting Arrest, and 6.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 6 East at Hartford Avenue, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital where he was later misdemeanor released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
