On Sunday, May 18, 2025 at 8:05 AM, Troopers arrested Bishal Koirala, age 21, of 20 Harvey Road, Middletown, Rhode Island for 1.) Second Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates originating out of the Middletown Police Department; 2.) Driving With a Suspended License – 4th + Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
On Sunday, May 18, 2025 at 2:23 PM, Troopers arrested Christina Lucas, age 31, of 198 Eldridge Street, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Eluding a Law Enforcement Officer. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Townsend Road in the Town of Hopkinton. Ms. Lucas was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Piece and released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
On Sunday, May 18, 2025 at 2:52 PM, Troopers arrested Gregory Infussi, age 58, of 4 Hickory Road, North Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Controlled Substance – Schedule I-V, and 2.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – Blood Results Pending. The arrest was the result of an E911 call for an Erratic Operator and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Hopkinton. Mr. Infussi was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
