On May 13, 2025, the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Grady J. Salfity, age 19, of 21 Lindale Avenue, Weymouth, Massachusetts, for one (1) count of Vandalism / Malicious Damage to Property and one (1) count of Disorderly Conduct. Mr. Salfity was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and released with a future Third District Court appearance date.
On May 14, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force, the Lincoln Barracks, and Detectives from the New London and North Providence Police Departments arrested Navarre Zeigler, age 21, of 60 Longue Vue Avenue (Second Floor), North Providence, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Fugitive from Justice Warrant out of the State of Connecticut drafted by the New London Police Department for Homicide; and 2) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Obstruction of an Officer in the Execution of their Duty. Mr. Zeigler was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and later arraigned in Sixth Division District Court pending extradition proceedings.
On May 14, 2025, members of the Computer Crimes Unit / Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Alexander Giron Vasquez, age 22, of 490 E.School Street Apt. 1R, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Vasquez was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, where he was processed, and then to Sixth District Court. Mr. Vasquez was arraigned by the Honorable Judge Trezvant, who issued $2,500 bail with surety and special conditions of no unsupervised contact with minors and restricted internet access.
On May 15, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Lionel Picard, age 57, last known address of 62 Lorraine Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Violation of No Contact Order, third or subsequent offense. Mr. Picard was arraigned in Third Division Court, where he was presented as a Superior Court Violator and granted $2,000 surety bail.
On May 15, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Jose Santiago, age 31, last known address of 40 Howard Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Violation of No Contact Order, third or subsequent offense. Mr. Santiago was arraigned in Third Division Court, where he was presented as a Superior Court Violator and granted $2,000 surety bail.
On May 15, 2025, the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested K'Lone Alves, age 35, of 409 Alma Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit / Arrest Warrant for the following: 1) Cyberstalking; and 2) Cyberharassment Prohibited. K'Lone Alves was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and later arraigned in Sixth District Court, where he was presented as a probation violator and held.
On May 15, 2025, members of the Scituate Barracks and the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Johnny W. Napolitano, age 45, of 61 March Street, Apartment E, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses; 2) Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card; and 3) Fraudulently Obtaining Assistance. Mr. Napolitano was processed at State Police Headquarters and arraigned in Sixth Division District Court, where he was held without bail as a probation violator.
On May 16, 2025, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested, Kevin Pierrot, age 35, of, 29 Mystic Avenue, Brockton, Massachusetts, for the following: 1) Possession of a False Identification; 2) Passing of Counterfeit Certificates, Bills or Notes; and 3) Obtaining Property Under False Pretenses or Impersonation. Mr. Pierrot was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
On May 19, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Richard Rodriguez, age 52, of 54 Oak Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver Over 1 Kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Cocaine; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver A Schedule II Controlled Substance – Cocaine; 3) Distribution of a Schedule II Controlled Substance Within a School Zone; and 4) Possession of a Firearm while Committing a Controlled Substance Violation. Mr. Rodriguez was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and then turned over to officials at the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Third Division District Court.
