On May 20, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Kyle Dauray, age 32, of 46 Bel Air Drive, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant from the State of New Jersey for Sexual Exploitation of a Minor (2 counts). Mr. Dauray was taken into custody without incident, processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned as a Fugitive from Justice in Sixth Division District Court.

On May 20, 2025, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Francis Acropolis, age 58, of 217 Douglas Pike, North Smithfield, Rhode Island, for Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Acropolis was transported to State Police Headquarters for processing and then to Third District Court. Mr. Acropolis was arraigned by the Honorable Judge O'Neill, who issued $5,000 bail with surety and special conditions of no unsupervised contact with minors and restricted internet access.

On May 20, 2025, members of the RI State Police HIDTA Task Force arrested Admar Silveira, age 19, of 168 Sisson Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the HIDTA Task Force for the following: 1) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; 2) Large-Capacity Feeding Device Prohibited; and 3) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Marijuana. Mr. Silveira was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and held overnight pending his arraignment in Sixth District Court in the morning.

On May 20, 2025, members of the RI State Police HIDTA Task Force arrested Jonathan Oliveira, age 23, of 144 Francis Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol; 2) Alteration of Marks of Identification on Firearms; and 3) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited. Mr. Oliveira was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and held overnight pending his arraignment in Sixth District Court in the morning.

On May 21, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested James B. Paquette, age 29, of 50 Valley Street Apartment 214, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the University of Rhode Island Police Department for Video Voyeurism. Mr. Paquette was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Providence Police Department.

On May 21, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Emilio Rosado Lara, age 39, of 12 Rolling Green Drive, Apartment F, Fall River, Massachusetts, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1 oz – 1 kilo of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Cocaine; and 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Cocaine. Mr. Lara was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and transported to the ACI Men's Intake Center pending a morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.
