At 4:40 PM, Troopers arrested Curtis Mitchell, age 34, of 21 Candace Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Second Degree Child Abuse originating out of the Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and transported to the ACI – Men's Intake Center.
At 1:25 AM, Troopers arrested Juan Sanabria, age 23, of 11 Trinity Parkway, Providence, Rhode Island, for Reckless Driving. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
