At 10:30 p.m., Troopers arrested Jose A. Collado, age 40, of 52 Fairmount Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – Second Offense; 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense; 3.) Driving with a Suspended License – Certain Violations; and 4.) Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth and Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence. Collado was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court where he will be presented as a bail/probation violator.
