At 10:41 PM, Troopers arrested Alex Ghorishi, age 27, of 82 N Quinsigamond Avenue, Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 in the Town of North Kingstown. Mr. Ghorishi was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
