On June 5, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Milvio Ramirez, age 30, of 147 Prudence Avenue, Apt. 1, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver A Schedule II Controlled Substance – Fentanyl; 2)? Possession With the Intent to Deliver A Schedule II Controlled Substance – Crack Cocaine; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver A Schedule II Controlled Substance – Cocaine; 4) Possession With the Intent to Deliver A Schedule II Controlled Substance – Oxycodone; and 5) Possession With the Intent to Deliver A Schedule II Controlled Substance – Adderall. Mr. Ramirez was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing and later arraigned in Sixth Division District Court.

On June 5, 2025, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Todd A. Brown, age 41, of 231 Washington Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for Possession of Schedule I - V Controlled Substance – Under 10 Grams (Crack Cocaine). Mr. Brown was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and later transported to Third District Court for arraignment.

On June 5, 2025, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Kemoy G. Haye, age 35, of 6 Cass Road, Brockton, Massachusetts, for the following: 1) Larceny from a Person - 65 years +; and 2) Conspiracy. Mr. Haye was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and held overnight pending his appearance in Third Division District Court for arraignment.

On June 5, 2025, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Kimberly Sousa, age 58, of 5 Richardson Drive, Johnston, Rhode Island, for two counts each of the following: 1) Embezzlement; and 2) Access to Computer for Fraudulent Purposes. Ms. Sousa was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released on $2,000 surety bail.

On June 5, 2025, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Sametta Karmo, age 24, of 126 Ocean Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1.) Larceny over $1,500. Ms. Karmo was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released on $5,000 personal recognizance.

On June 5, 2025, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested James Branch, age 46, of 45 Arthur Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1.) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses; 2.) Giving False Document to Public Official; 3.) Fraudulently Obtaining Public Assistance; and 4.) Conspiracy. Mr. Branch was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released on $15,000 personal recognizance.

On June 5, 2025, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Danica Chase, age 46, of 45 Arthur Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses; 2) Giving False Document to Public Official; 3) Fraudulently Obtaining Public Assistance; and 4) Conspiracy. Ms. Chase was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released on $15,000 personal recognizance.

On June 5, 2025, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Jacelyn Taymes, age 39, of 107 King Phillip Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses; 2) Giving False Document to Public Official; and 3) Fraudulently Obtaining Public Assistance. Ms. Taymes was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released on $10,000 personal recognizance.
