At 11:50 pm, Troopers arrested Frantz Theodule, age 57 of 23 Bentley Street, Apt 1, New Bedford, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor-BAC .15 or Greater-First Offense (Phase I: .163%) and (Phase II: .169%) This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 South in the Town of East Greenwich. Mr. Theodule was transported to State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending a morning arrangement.
