At 11:00 AM, Troopers arrested Oscar Gerena, age 26, of 124 Suffolk Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with Expired or Without License -4th+ Offense, originating out of the Cumberland Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Nooseneck Hill Road in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Sixth Division District Court.
