On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at approximately 6:30 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Darren Gonzalez, age 26, of 11 Fern Street Apartment 2, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for Felony Domestic. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Gonzalez was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Providence Police Department.

On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at approximately 7:10 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task arrested Austin Duarte, age 24, of 9 Berlin Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for the following: 1) First-Degree Robbery; and 2) Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Duarte was taken into custody without incident and turned over to the Providence Police Department.

On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at approximately 5:00 a.m., members of the HIDTA Task Force along with members of the Cranston Police Department and the Pawtucket Police Special Squad arrested Luis Enrique Molina, age 34, of 47 Hyatt Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession with the Intent to Deliver 1 oz – 1 kilo of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Fentanyl; 2) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Fentanyl; 3) Possession with the Intent to Deliver 1 oz – 1 kilo of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Crack Cocaine; 4) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Crack Cocaine; and 5) Conspiracy. This arrest was the result of the execution of court-authorized Search Warrant at the conclusion of a narcotics investigation. Mr. Molina was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing and turned over to Sixth District Court officials for his afternoon arraignment.

On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at approximately 5:00 a.m., members of the HIDTA Task Force, along with members of the Cranston Police Department and the Pawtucket Police Special Squad arrested Luis Miguel Molina, age 32, of 15 Fenner Street Apt. 2, Cranston, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession with the Intent to Deliver 1 oz – 1 kilo of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Fentanyl; 2) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Fentanyl; 3) Possession with the Intent to Deliver 1 oz – 1 kilo of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Crack Cocaine; 4) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Crack Cocaine; and 5) Conspiracy. This arrest was the result of executions of court-authorized Search Warrants at the conclusion of a narcotics investigation. Mr. Molina was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing and turned over to Sixth District Court officials for his afternoon arraignment.

On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at approximately 7:00 a.m., members of the HIDTA Task Force, along with members of the Cranston Police Department and the Pawtucket Police Special Squad arrested Damian Polanco, age 28, of 69-71 Talcott Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession with the Intent to Deliver 1 oz – 1 kilo of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Fentanyl; 2) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Fentanyl; 3) Possession with the Intent to Deliver 1 oz – 1 kilo of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Crack Cocaine; 4) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Crack Cocaine; and 5) Conspiracy. This arrest was the result of executions of court-authorized Search Warrants at the conclusion of a narcotics investigation. Mr. Polanco was transported to Lincoln Barracks for processing and turned over to Sixth District Court officials for his afternoon arraignment.

On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at approximately 5:00 a.m., members of the HIDTA Task Force, along with members of the Cranston Police Department and the Pawtucket Police Special Squad arrested Luis Armando Molina, age 27, of 176 Holden Street Apt. #2, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession with the Intent to Deliver 1 oz – 1 kilo of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Fentanyl; 2) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Fentanyl; 3) Possession with the Intent to Deliver 1 oz – 1 kilo of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Crack Cocaine; 4) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Crack Cocaine; and 5) Conspiracy. This arrest was the result of executions of court-authorized Search Warrants at the conclusion of a narcotics investigation. On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at approximately 3:00 PM, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Narcisa Fuerte, age 58, of 13 John Chafee Blvd., Apt. 1, Newport, Rhode Island for 1.) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses, 2.) Fraudulently Obtaining Public Assistance, 3.) Giving False Document to Public Official and 4.) Conspiracy. This arrest was the result of an investigation by the Financial Crimes Unit and Ms. Fuerte responding to State Police Headquarters. Ms. Fuerte was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Crawford, and released on $15,000 / Personal Recognizance.

On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at approximately 3:00 PM, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Socrates Fuerte, age 61, of 13 John Chafee Blvd., Apt. 1, Newport, Rhode Island for 1.) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses, 2.) Fraudulently Obtaining Public Assistance, 3.) Giving False Document to Public Official and 4.) Conspiracy. This arrest was the result of an investigation by the Financial Crimes Unit and Mr. Fuerte responding to State Police Headquarters. Mr. Fuerte was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Crawford, and released on $15,000 / Personal Recognizance.

On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at approximately 3:00 PM, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Frank Young, age 62, of 17 Mawney Street, Floor 1, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses, and 2.) Access to Computer for Fraudulent Purpose. This arrest was the result of an investigation by the Financial Crimes Unit and Mr. Young responding to State Police Headquarters. Mr. Young was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Crawford, and released on $10,000 / Personal Recognizance.
