On Thursday June 19, 2025, at 9:38 AM, Troopers arrested Julio Rodriguez, age 41, of 462 Manton Ave #001, Providence, Rhode Island on a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I to IV Substance, originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Westminster Street in the City of Providence. Rodriguez was processed at State Police Headquarters and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
On Thursday June 19, 2025, at 2:00 PM, Troopers arrested Johnny Rivera, age 44, of 402 Elm Street, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1) Driving with A Suspended License – Special Circumstances. This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Florence Street in the City of Providence. Rivera was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and transported to Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
On Friday June 20, 2025, at 12:50 AM, Troopers arrested Emilio Duverge, age 23, of 115 Canton Street, Providence, Rhode Island on a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation on the original charge of Obtaining Property by Fale Pretenses originating out of the Newport Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Ave in the City of Providence. Duverge was processed at State Police Headquarters and transported to Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
On Friday June 20, 2025, at 1:54 AM, Troopers arrested Lance Brown, age 34, of 353 Pawtucket Ave, Apt 1, of Pawtucket Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor-BAC .1-.15 – Second Offence (Phase I: .100% and Phase II: .098%). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Huntington Ave in the City of Providence. Brown was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned by the Justice of Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
