At 2:17 AM, Troopers arrested Eduardo Hernandez, age 38, of 107 Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater (Phase I: .181%; Phase II: .173%.) The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. Hernandez was transported to State Police – Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 3:00 AM, Troopers arrested Quincy X. Munoz, age 29, of 164 West Wrentham Road, Cumberland, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 6 in the City of Providence. Munoz was transported to State Police – Headquarters where he was processed and held overnight as a probation violator pending arraignment.
