At 4:00 PM, Troopers arrested Aloys Martinez, age 38, of 696 Plainfield Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Violation of Protection Order – 2nd Offense. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Admiral Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, special arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake Center.
At 11:00 PM, Troopers arrested Jose Cruz, age 77, of 196 Pleasant Ave, Apartment 2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs - BAC Unknown - First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 11:15 PM, Troopers arrested Jennifer Kry, age 39, of 20 Jeffers Street, Apartment 101, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 11:50 PM, Troopers arrested Jose Fuertes, age 49, of 67 Daniel Ave, Apt. 3, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – BAC Unknown – Second Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 12:00 AM, Troopers arrested Christopher Garcia, age 23, of 30 Parker Street, Apartment 3, Central Falls, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Simple Assault, originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the North Providence Police Department.
