At 10:30 PM, Troopers arrested Joe Brooks, age 21, of 23 Oakdale Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor / Drugs – B.A.C Unknown – First Offense and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle accident and subsequent motor vehicle stop in the Town of North Kingstown. Mr. Brooks was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
At 11:45, Troopers arrested Marianella Galan Jimenez, age 24, of 1168 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor / Drugs – B.A.C Unknown – First offense and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Ms. Galan Jimenez was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
