At 1:30 AM, Troopers arrested Bienvenido Torres Cardenales, age 63, of 460 Charles Street, Apartment 621, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – BAC .10 to .15 (Phase I: 0.147 % & Phase II: 0.147%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was process, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third District Division Court.
