On Saturday, June 28th at 10:39 AM, Troopers arrested Alifonso Diomary, age 36, of 245 Bucklin Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Violence - Simple Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
On Sunday, June 29th at 1:05 AM, Trooper Mulholland, assisted by Trooper Sampson, arrested Stefano Gigliotti, age 36, of 23 LongueVue Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
On Sunday, June 29th at 1:48 AM, Trooper Sampson, assisted by Trooper Zincone, arrested Angie Serpas, age 42, of 83 Clyde Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident on Route 37 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
On Sunday, June 29th at 5:44 AM, Trooper Jamieson, assisted by Trooper House, arrested Alex Sanchez, age 23, of 102 Althea Street, Floor 1, Providence, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Larceny, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
