ARREST: 2025-126185 LOCATION: JAMESTOWN
At 10:24 PM, Troopers arrested Richard Ferreira, age 34, of 44 Oak Street, South Kingstown, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138, in the Town of Jamestown. Ferreira was processed at the Wickford Barracks, arraigned and released into the custody of a responsible adult pending a future court date.
