At 10:59 PM, Troopers arrested Moises Lavandier, age 34, of 15A Evergreen Drive Apt 40, East Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance under 10 Grams (Crack Cocaine), 2.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Shoplifting originating out of the Cranston Police Department, and 3.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Shoplifting originating out of the East Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Potters Avenue in the City of Providence. Moises was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
At 12:23 AM, Troopers arrested Silas Lopes, age 30, of 19 Irving Court, 3rd Floor, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License 4th+ Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Star Street in the City of Pawtucket. Lopes was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 2:00 AM, Troopers arrested Ethan Poovakad, age 29, of 3 Captain Eldredge Way, East Falmouth, Massachusetts on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks for Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substance
