On Sunday July 13, at 11:24 PM, Troopers arrested Michael Kelly, age 54, of 14 Villa Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island for a Sixth District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I to V Substance and for a Second District Bench Warrant for a Technical Violation on the original charge of Shoplifting >$1000- 2nd Offense. This arrest was the result of a Motor Vehicle Stop on West Exchange Street in the City of Providence. Kelly was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
On Monday July 14, at 12:03 AM, Troopers arrested Ender Portillo Rivas, age 31, of 118 Fuller Avenue, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs- B.A.C. Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a Motor Vehicle Stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Portillo Rivas processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of Peace, and held overnight pending arraignment at Sith Division District Court.
