On July 14, 2025, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Rudy Sepulveda, age 28, last known address of 261 Pulaski Street, Coventry, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Possession of Controlled Substance Less than 10 Grams. Mr. Sepulveda was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was presented as a Superior Court violator, granted $1,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.
On July 15, 2025, members of the Financial Crimes Unit and the Lincoln Barracks arrested Thomas O'Reilly, age 28, of 768 Manton Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Conspiracy - Obtaining Property by False Pretenses; and 2) Conspiracy - Exploitation of an Elder. Mr. O'Reilly was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace where bail was set at $200,000 with surety, and turned over to officials at the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center pending a morning arraignment in Third Division District Court.
