Friday July 18, 2025, at 9:25 PM, Troopers arrested Ronald Jimenez, age 40, of 14 Bailey Court Apartment #2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving with a Suspended License – Special Circumstances- First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on River Avenue, in the City of Providence. Jimenez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
Friday July 18, 2025, at 11:05 PM, Troopers arrested David Dubeau Jr., age 25, of 118 Shady Hill Drive, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers locating an erratic operator on Route 95, in the City of Providence. Dubeau was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
Saturday July 19, 2025, at 1:01 AM, Troopers arrested Josuel Pena, age 19, of 62 Bridgham Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment with $1,000 Surety on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct, originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6, in the City of Providence. Pena was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Barton Street, in the City of Pawtucket. Gumbs was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
