On Sunday, July 20, 2025, at 4:21 PM, Troopers arrested Michaela Mari, age 26, of 596 Smith Street Apt. 2, Providence, RI 02908, for 1.) Violation of a No Contact Order-1st Offense and a 2.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Domestic Violence Simple Assault/Battery - 1st Offense, originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cutler Street in the City of Providence. Mari was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Facility Women's Intake Center.
On Monday, July 21, 2025, at 2:20 AM., Troopers arrested Rogelio Hernandez Santos, age 38, of 836 Plainfield Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
