On Monday, July 21, 2025 at 3:52 PM, Troopers arrested Edwin A. Hernandez, age 28, of 76 Bolton Street Apartment #Right 76, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with Suspended / Revoked / Cancelled License originating out of the East Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Victory Highway in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, posted cash bail to the Justice of the Peace, and released.
On Monday, July 21, 2025 at 6:37 PM, Troopers arrested Vidal L. Rodriguez, age 24, of 34 Vicksburg Street, Providence Rhode Island for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates and 2.) Providing False Documents to Public Officials. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on 95 North in the Town of Hopkinton. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and held overnight as a bail violator pending a morning arraignment at Fourth Division District Court.
