On Thursday July 24, 2025 at 3:04 AM, Troopers arrested David Bushnell, age 45, of 217 4th Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Diving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C Uknown – 1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor-vehicle stop on North Main Street in the City of Providence. Bushnell was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
