At 4:30 PM, Troopers arrested Gerald L. Bergevine Jr., age 64, of 2220 Warwick Avenue, Apt. L6, Warwick RI 02889 for 1.) Willful Trespass and 2.) Larceny Under $1500. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation by Troopers. Bergevine turned himself into the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
