At approximately 11:00 AM, Troopers arrested Jeff Milien, age 34, of 19 Franklin Street, Medway, Massachusetts for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Reckless Driving/ Drag Racing/ Eluding Police – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and the suspect turning himself into Fourth Division District Court. Mr. Milien was arraigned and then later processed at the Hope Valley Barracks.
At 11:25 PM, Troopers arrested David Agneta age 46, of 43 Essex Court, Norristown, PA for 1.) Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disabled motor vehicle on Route 95 South in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
At 1:01 AM, Troopers arrested Raymond Marr age 45, of 13 Mapledale Street, Coventry, RI on an active Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for a Technical Violation on the original charges of two (2) counts of 1.) First Degree Child Molestation originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of the subject turning himself in to the Hope Valley Barracks. The subject was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center where he will be held pending arraignment.
