On Friday, August 1, 2025, at 11:15 AM, Troopers arrested Erin Burton Isom, age 60, of 45 Warwick Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance Greater Than 10 Grams and Less Than 1 Ounce (Crack Cocaine) 2.) Obstruction of Officer in Execution of Duty and 3.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Larceny originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Sherry Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police - Headquarters where she was processed and later turned over to Sixth District Court for arraignment where she was presented as a bail violator.
On Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 1:01 AM, Troopers arrested Jose Castro Ventura, age 32, of 130 Hillwood Street, Apt 2, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor – BAC Unknown – Second Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hillwood Street, in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
