At 7:58 PM, Troopers arrested Patrick Morency, age 42, of 379 Main Street apartment #3, Woburn, Massachusetts for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Fentanyl); 2.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Xanax); 3.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Adderall), 4.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to an erratic operator and subsequent motor vehicle accident on Route 95 North in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to Kent County Hospital for a blood draw, and later transported back to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.
