Wickford Barracks

ARREST: 2025-135169 LOCATION: NORTH KINGSTOWN

At 1:45 PM, Troopers arrested Brennan Dunphy, age 26, of 156 Meadowlark Drive, Seekonk, Massachusetts for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Cocaine) 2.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Xanax). The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to an erratic operator and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 4 south in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later released with a Third District Court date.

ARREST: 2025-135211 LOCATION: NEW SHOREHAM

At 5:00 PM, Troopers arrested Jess Brown, age 44 of 4 Ledward Avenue, Westerly, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Willful Trespass originating out of the New Shoreham Police Department. This was the result of Troopers and New Shoreham Officers locating Brown. Brown was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake where he will be held pending a Tuesday morning arraignment at Fourth District Court where he will be presented as a probation violator.

ARREST: 2025-135274 LOCATION: WARWICK

At 10:22 PM, Troopers arrested Marcus Burnham, age 23, of 51 Belfort Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses – 1st Offense, and 2.) Driving with a Suspended License – Certain Violations – 1st Offense. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. Burnham was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a probation violator.

ARREST: 2025-135308 LOCATION: WARWICK

At 12:41 AM, Troopers arrested Steven Bishop, age 36, of 36 Ewing Road, North Kingstown, Rhode Island for Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. Bishop was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, special arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released pending a future court appearance at Third Division District Court.
