On Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 1:40 PM, Troopers arrested Aaliyah Peagler, age 30, of 17 Eska Drive, Ledyard, Connecticut for 1.) Violation of No Contact Order - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 102 in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
On Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 8:16 PM, Troopers arrested Nathaniel Mitkowski age 50, of 95 Kuehn Road, Ashaway, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 3 in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Fourth Division District Court.
On Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 8:39 PM Troopers arrested George Dorrance age 38, of 339 South County Trail, Exeter, Rhode Island, for 1.) Simple Assault, and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disturbance that occurred at the residence. The subject was transported to the State Police-Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Fourth District Court.
