On Friday, August 15, 2025, at approximately 5:00 P.M, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Antonio Graziano, age 29, of 1775 Putnam Pike, Chepachet, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for five (5) counts of Access to Computer for Fraudulent Purposes. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit at Bally's Twin River Casino. Graziano was taken into custody without incident, processed at the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future court date.
