At 6:35PM, Troopers arrested Steven Mauro, age 60, of 8 Saunders Town Road, Old Lyme, CT for Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of an incident that occurred on the Block Island Ferry and Troopers taking custody of Mr. Mauro upon his arrival in Point Judith. Mr. Mauro was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later released with a future Fourth District Court date.
At 7:36PM, Trooper arrested Jason Arling, age 50, of 2008 Warwick Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty and 2.) Driving with a Suspended License -4th and Subsequent Offense. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation completed by Troopers and Mr. Arling subsequently turning himself in to the Wickford Barracks. Mr. Arling was processed arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later released with a future Third District Court date.
At 8:40 PM, Troopers arrested David McIntyre, age 61, of 121 Slater Park Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C Unknown – First Offense and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was a result of Troopers responding to an erratic operator on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. McIntyre was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District court date.
