At 8:54 PM, Troopers arrested Benjamin Kannapel, age 32, of 17010 Foxcross Drive, Monument, Colorado, for Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of Troopers and Officers from the New Shoreham Police Department responding to a disturbance at One BI in the Town of New Shoreham. The subject was transported to the New Shoreham Police Department, where he was processed, and later released with a notice to appear in Fourth Division District Court.
At 10:29 PM, Troopers arrested Michael Leone, age 27, of 995 Mohegan Trail, New Shoreham, Rhode Island, for Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of Troopers and Officers from the New Shoreham Police Department responding to a parking complaint at Payne's Dock. The subject was transported to the New Shoreham Police Department where he was processed and later released with a notice to appear in Fourth Division District Court.
At 10:35 PM, Troopers arrested Mathew Mcgee, Age 35, of 1585 Main Steet, West Warwick, Rhode Island for, 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C Unknown – Third and Subsequent Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense, 3.) Duty to Stop in Accident Resulting in Damage to Vehicle, 4.) Driving with Suspended license – Fourth Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Division Road in the City of Warwick. Mcgee was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight as a bail violator
