On Monday, August 18, 2025, at 9:09 PM, Troopers arrested Jeremy Palmer, age 41, of 361 Province NL Turnpike, North Stonington, Connecticut for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/ Drugs B.A.C. Unknown 1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest took place as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Hopkinton. Palmer was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
On Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 6:26 AM, Troopers arrested Christopher Harless, age 33, of 25 Nahomon Street, Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts for Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich. Harless was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third District Court for morning arraignment.
