At 8:10 PM, Troopers arrested Lucy Creta, age 65, of 250 Division Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstruction. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation by Troopers and Ms. Creta subsequently being located by Pawtucket Police Department. Ms. Creta was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth District Court date.
At 8:12 PM, Troopers arrested Elias Carrion Rivera, age 28, of 113 Brook Street Apartment #1L, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1.) Reckless Driving. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146, in the City of North Providence. Mr. Carrion Rivera was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center pending morning arraignment as a bail/probation violator.
At 10:58 PM, Troopers arrested Ashley Baker, age 34, of 79 West Cole Street, Floor 2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving with Suspended License, originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Arch Street, in the City of Providence. Baker was transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Women's Intake Center.
At 1:00 AM, Troopers arrested Robert Hampton, age 36, of 55 Rhode Island Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Eluding Law Enforcement – High Speed Pursuit – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a vehicle failing to stop on Route 95, in the City of Pawtucket. The suspect was later located at his residence in Cranston. Hampton was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a probation violator.
