On August 20, 2025 at 1:02 AM, Troopers arrested Wilfran Velasquez – Jimenez, age 45, of 73 Dorchester Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C. - .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.164%, Phase II: 0.166%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rye Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police – Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
