At 12:32 AM, Troopers arrested Amber L. Nigro, age 49, of 2808 Hartford Avenue, Johnston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C. - .15 or Greater – Third and Subsequent Offense (Phase I: 0.190%, Phase II: 0.189%). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to the State Police – Scituate Barracks, where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court.
