On Monday at 2:14PM, Troopers arrested Dashawn Muy, age 27, for a Bench Warrant out of Third Division District Court for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquors – BAC Unknown – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 in the Town of North Kingstown. Muy was transported to the State Police—Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake pending morning arraignment.
On Monday at 9:30PM, Troopers arrested Timothy Hartigan, age 26, of 2 South Main Street, Uxbridge, Massachusetts for 1) Domestic Violence – Vandalism – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a report of a disturbance on the Claiborne Pell Bridge in the City of Newport. Hartigan was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Second District Court date.
