On Wednesday, September 4, 2025 at 9:51 AM Troopers arrested Denis G. Fournier, age 55, of 78 Wakefield Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) a Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the Original Charge of Obtain Property by False Pretense Over $10.000 originating out of the Coventry Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centre Street in the Town of West Warwick. Fournier was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks for processing and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
On Wednesday, September 4, 2025 at 11:38 AM, Troopers arrested Shannon Wagner, age 54, of 180A Maxson Hill Road, Hopkinton, Rhode Island on the charge of 1.) Obstruction of an Officer. This arrest was the result of attempting to locate a wanted individual at 150 Glen Rock Road, South Kingstown, Rhode Island. Wagner was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks for processing and later transported to Fourth Division District Court for arraignment.
On Wednesday, September 4, 2025 at 11:38 AM, Troopers arrested Jeremie Cabeceiras, age 52, of 150 Glen Rock Road, South Kingstown, Rhode Island for 1.) Violation of No Contact Order and 2.) Domestic Willful Tresspass. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation by Trooper Toth and Mr. Cabeceiras being arrested at his residence. The subject was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks for processing and later transported to Fourth Division District Court for arraignment.
