On September 4, 2025, members from the Auto Theft, ACI Investigations and Intelligence Units arrested Juan Carlos De La Rosa Jose, age 28, of 9 Baldwin Court, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle; 2) Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle; 3) Possession of a Motor Vehicle With Altered VIN; 4) Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses Over $10,000; and 5) Forgery. Mr. Jose was transported to Headquarters, where he was processed, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released pending a future court date.

On September 4, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Antonio Luis Median Santiago, age 35, of 8 George Street, Apt. #136, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on a Federal Warrant for original charges of: 1) Indecent Assault of Person Less Than 13; and 2) Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Mr. Santiago was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Providence Federal Courthouse.

On September 4, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Pawtucket Police Department arrested Samantha M. Carfora, age 31, of 590 Pawtucket Avenue Apt. 2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Obstruction; 2) Resisting Arrest; 3) Newport County Superior Court Bench Warrant for HWOB 32(F) Technical Violation on an original charge of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance originating from the Portsmouth Police Department; and 4) Washington County Superior Court Bench Warrant for HWOB 32(F) Technical Violation on an original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance originating from the Westerly Police Department. Ms. Carfora was taken into custody, transported to Miriam Hospital and later arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.
