On September 5, 2025 at 1:14 PM, Troopers arrested Ronald Rosser, age 58, of 12 E Barrows Street, Cumberland, Rhode Island, for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the original charge of Domestic Simple Assault originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later transported to the West Warwick Police Department.
On September 5, 2025 at 11:00 PM, Troopers arrested George Seavey, age 55 of 18 Prospect Ave, Bar Harbor, Maine, for 1.) Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine) – 10 Grams or less 2.) Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) - 10 Grams or less. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 East, in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to the State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
On September 6, 2025 at 12:32 AM, Troopers arrested Felix Manon-Batista, age 33 of 24 Leading Street, Apartment 1, Johnston Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C Unknown 1st Offence and 2.) Refusal to Submit a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 West, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult pending a future Sixth Division District Court date.
On September 6, 2025 at 3:14 AM. Troopers arrested Emilio Herrera Rodriguez, age 34, of 60 Fairfield Ave, Apartment 202, Providence, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the original charge of Larceny - Less than $1500 originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle Stop on Hartford Avenue, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the North Providence Police Department.
