On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 6:19 AM, Troopers arrested Genesis M. Figueroa Escober, age 25, of 3 Gesmondi Drive, Johnston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates and 2.) Giving False Document to a Public Official. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Richmond. Ms. Figueroa Escober was transported to the State Police-Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and later transported to the 4th Division District Court for morning arraignment.
