On September 10, 2025 at 12:03 AM, Troopers arrested Rafael Gardiner, age 30, of 14 Esten Street, Apartment #2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C Unknown - First Offense, 2.) Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest, 3.) Disorderly Conduct, 4.) Obstruction of a Police Officer in Execution of Duty and 5.) Refusal to Submit a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broadway Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C Unknown - First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 West in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
