On September 10, 2025 at 11:00 AM, Troopers arrested Ricky Montesino, age 41, of 30 Olo Street, Apartment 3, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1.) Violation of a Protection Order- 1st Offense and 2.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance- Schedule I-V originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Diamond Hill Road in the City of Woonsocket. Montesino was transported to State Police - Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to Sixth District Court for arraignment where he was presented as a bail and probation violator.
On September 10, 2025 at 11:00 AM, Troopers arrested Joshua Cournoyer, age 35, of 76 Meyette Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island on a Third District Court Bench Warrant on the original charge of Obstruction originating out of the Lincoln Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Diamond Hill Road in the City of Woonsocket. Cournoyer was transported to State Police - Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to Third District Court for arraignment where he was presented as a bail violator.
On September 10, 2025 at 12:31 PM, Troopers arrested Rafael Rodriguez Rivera, age 48, of 50 Burnes Street, Apartment 1, Providence Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Simple Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Harris Avenue in the City of Providence. Rodriguez Rivera was transported to State Police – Headquarters where he was processed and later transported to the Providence Police Department.
