At 11:02 PM, Troopers arrested Eliecer Ramos Felipe, age 20, of 1735 Main Street, Apt. 1, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Reckless Driving – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with future court date in Third Division District Court.
At 11:30 PM, Troopers arrested Sean Richardson, age 34, of 161 Lynch Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor / Drugs – B.A.C Unknown – Second Offense and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test 3) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight as a probation violator.
At 2:20 AM, Troopers arrested, Devyn Dussault age 25, of 175 Brentwood Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC . .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: .226%, Phase II: .229%). This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
