On September 19, 2025, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Stephen Silva, age 30, of 5 John Street, Apartment #2, Johnston, Rhode Island, for Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Silva was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace Dawson and released on $1,000 personal recognizance, with a re-arraignment date of 9/22/2025.
