On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 1:30 PM, Troopers arrested Elijah Harrell, age 28, of 179 Harold Street, Apartment #3, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Violation of No Contact Order – Third Offense and 2.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center as a probation and bail violator.
On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 12:33 AM, Troopers arrested Robert Delellis, age 57, of 18 Regalwood Drive, Coventry, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Turnpike in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
