At 12:35 PM, Troopers arrested Herbert Ramey, age 55, of 112 Suffolk Street, Providence, Rhode Island for an Affidavit & Arrest Warrant for 1) Domestic Violence – Disorderly Conduct – First Offense, 2) Domestic Violence – Vandalism – First Offense, 3) Domestic Violence – Cyberstalking and Cyberharassment – First Offense, and 4) Larceny over $1,500, originating out of the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation, and the subject was subsequently taken into custody at the Rhode Island – Providence Superior Court Probation and Parole office. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to Sixth Division District Court.
At 11:53 PM, Troopers arrested David Lewis, age 48, of 600 N Broadway Street, East Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Obstruction and 2.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Domestic Violence – Simple Assault originating out of the East Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on John J. Partington Way in the City of Providence. Lewis was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division Court, where he will be presented as a Bail Violator.
At 12:16 AM, Troopers arrested Lenny Iluonokhalumhe, age 20, of 100 Clym Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Possession of Marijuana originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Lonsdale Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. Iluonokhalumhe was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a Notice to Appear in Third Division District Court.
At 12:03 AM, Troopers arrested Jessica Dionne, age 33, of 10 Yates Avenue, Coventry, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – Less than 10 Grams (Crack Cocaine). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Barton Street in the City of Providence. Dionne was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division Court, where she will be presented as a Bail Violator.
At 3:28 AM, Troopers arrested Carlos Vasquez, age 26, of 118 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Presentment as Violator on the original charge of Carrying a Pistol Without License originating out of the Cranston Police Department, and 2.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Presentment as Violator on the original charge of Carrying a Pistol Without License originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. Vasquez was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
