At 2:51 AM, Troopers arrested Jonathan Alvarez-Gamez, age 28, of 34 Armistice Boulevard, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs– BAC .10-.15 First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Maynard Street in the City of Pawtucket. Alvarez-Gamez was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 3:30 AM, Troopers arrested Harry Harris, age 65, of 460 Pine Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Possession of Schedule II – Cocaine – 10 Grams or Less, 3.) Refusal to Subject to a Chemical Test – First Offense, and 4.) Driving with a Suspended License – 4th or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Lubec Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital and later turned over to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing, where he was held pending morning arraignment and presentment as a violator.
